rooftop terrace views, indoor pool with bar seats, central location to historical attractions
The rooftop barman needs training to avoid mixing drinks poorly!!! The toilet paper flushing protocol could be clearer to prevent awkward bathroom situations!!! Stains on linens were off-putting and should be addressed!!!

Request a room on a lower floor to avoid the inconvenience of occasionally mixed-up hot water in the showers.

The room was clean and comfortable, but there were tiny roaches around.

the rooftop barman was the absolute worst, taking forever to mix our drinks like he had never been behind a bar before. And don’t even get me started on the pool—disgustingly dirty! after all the complaints, would it have killed them to give me a complimentary drink? almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed exploring nearby sites, especially the Guacara Taina. The location was perfect, close to many activities on the Malecon. Highly recommend it for a fun getaway!
One night, a stranger bothered us outside the hotel, which was uncomfortable. It’s a reminder to stay alert while enjoying the area.

The hotel had a decent location near attractions, and staying there with my family and two dogs was manageable. We enjoyed exploring nearby sites, including the Guacara Taina, which offers an unforgettable party experience in a unique underground setting.
My wife says that the hotel lacked proper amenities for families.

A Unique Stay with Potential
The hotel's location offers great access to local attractions. However, the breakfast buffet could use more variety, especially fruits. Maintenance issues were apparent, with the staircase railing broken. For future guests, requesting a lower floor might help with water temperature inconsistencies in the shower.

missingWrote a review on Jan 28stunning viewshomemade breakfastneglected poolinconsistent staffintimidating neighborhood
The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering stunning views at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast, featuring homemade options like fresh orange juice, was a fantastic start to the day. However, the cleanliness of the pool left something to be desired, as it appeared somewhat neglected. Additionally, the staff's availability was inconsistent, making it difficult to get timely assistance at times. Lastly, the neighborhood could feel a bit intimidating after dark.
